I purchased the Cotton Pillowcase in early December 2025. Unfortunately the fabric was so rough, even after washing, that it was unusable. It felt like putting my face on sandpaper. The quality was really disappointing since I love my Belly Sleep pillow that I bought a couple years ago and had used with the silk pillowcase, which was also great. I requested a refund for the cotton pillowcase, following the instructions on their website, and received an automated email that my return request was approved. After returning the item and sending 3 followup emails, I never heard from them or received my refund, and had to file a dispute with my credit card. Not sure what has happened with this company but it seems to have really gone downhill since I first bought from them.

I like the open in the middle design and the case is nice and thick. Seems like it'll last a while. Wish there were more colored options though.

I wish I read the comments before ordering. This company is very scammy. This says it’s a 2-pack, but they only send you 1 pillow case. The pillow itself is nice, but customer service is TERRIBLE! I sent an email right away about it, and I got an initial reply but then they have straight ghosted me. I’ve sent 4 emails at this point and no reply. Overall because of this I would NOT recommend belly sleep, no matter how nice the pillow is. After all, what is a company without any customer service? And I see I’m now alone in this.

Excited for the pillow

I've been using this pillow for several weeks now but I find myself going back and forth with my old pillow. This pillow is nice, however it's a little on the firm side and although it doesn't heat up as much after laying on it, it's not exactly super cool either. If it was slightly softer and was as cool as the advertising make it sound, I would be giving it 5 stars. It's not a bad pillow. These.are just a couple design changes I would advise to make it better. For the price, it's still fairly comfortable.
